Picwell Manor is particularly well suited to small company getaways, leadership retreats, strategy days, and team resets especially for organisations looking for something less formal than a hotel and more human than a conference room. 

For overnight group stays, teams have exclusive use of the main house spaces. Affinity and Bliss apartments, together with the Ballroom and Snug which form the heart of the manor and are always included. Grace and the Chapel apartments can be added if you need additional bedrooms, allowing groups of up to 27 guests to stay comfortably. The layout gives teams the rare combination of shared working space alongside private apartments for rest, reflection, or quiet thinking. 

The Ballroom is a large, light-filled space that works beautifully for group discussions around a table or on sofas around the fire. Next door. The Snug offers a shared kitchen space where you can either cook together or come and be nourished by one of our recommended local chefs.  Evenings tend to unfold naturally around the fire or perhaps walk to our local pub for a scrumptious dinner. 

Outside, coastal walks, fresh air, and space to roam help create the mental breathing room that’s often hard to find in day-to-day working life. Pickwell offers space, comfort, and a setting that naturally encourages connection, creativity, and fresh thinking.
