When you book a group stay, the main house becomes yours for the weekend. Affinity and Bliss, together with the Ballroom and Snug, form the heart of the manor and are always included for group bookings, giving you exclusive use of the main house. If you need extra bedrooms for larger groups, Grace and the Chapel can be added to comfortably accommodate up to 27 guests. This flexible layout is especially good for multi generational family groups and milestone birthdays, everyone can be together easily, while still having their own space to retreat to when they need it.

At the heart of the house is the Ballroom, a rather special and light filled 45 foot space that feels both grand and welcoming. Long tables, shared meals, birthday toasts, games, and group activities all feel at home here, with a comfortable lounge area and log fire at one end that naturally draws everyone together as the day winds down. Next door, the Snug is a communal kitchen, designed for cooking together, grabbing coffee, and coming and going throughout the day. Together, these spaces make it easy to live, eat, and celebrate as a group, with warmth, ease, and a strong sense of togetherness.

Days tend to find their own rhythm here. Children explore the grounds and woodland, while others walk to Putsborough Sands, wander the coast path, or enjoy lunch on the terrace with sea views. With the coast so close, groups often build in surfing, coasteering, sea dips, or a beach sauna, before gathering back at the manor as the day winds down.
